Description
Melius is hiring a founding growth hire to build and scale its growth engine across acquisition, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, outbound systems, creator ecosystems, community channels, product-led growth, analytics, attribution, and go-to-market experimentation. The role works closely with founders, product, engineering, and design teams and requires startup growth experience, analytical and experimental skills, modern growth and automation knowledge, and in-person work in New York City five days per week.
