Description
Melius is hiring a Member of Technical Staff to build the core product and infrastructure for its AI-native creative platform. The role spans the full stack, including Next.js and a real-time multiplayer canvas on the frontend, TypeScript, Postgres, Temporal, and agent orchestration. Responsibilities include developing agent tools and interfaces, improving planning and orchestration, building long-running creative workflows, and creating evaluation and tracing tooling. The position requires at least three years of production software experience, strong TypeScript expertise, autonomous product ownership, and in-person work in New York City five days per week.
