STMicroelectronics is hiring a Member of Technical Staff – Implant Equipment in Singapore to sustain, improve, and optimize ion implantation equipment and processes in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role owns implant tool performance, leads troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, supports process tuning and qualification, improves yield and tool availability, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and contributes to documentation, technology transfer, and knowledge sharing. Candidates need strong expertise in Axcelis implant tools, semiconductor process integration, metrology, statistical methods, and typically 10 to 15 years of implant process or equipment development experience.
