Abaka AI is hiring a Member of Technical Staff, Platform to build full-stack product features for its Expert Talent platform. The role owns features end-to-end, develops UI, APIs, data layers, AI-powered workflows, evaluation pipelines, and assessment infrastructure, and partners with Product, Design, and leadership. It requires 1+ years of professional software engineering experience, strong backend and frontend skills, AI and LLM experience, and a product-oriented engineering mindset. The position offers a base salary of $120,000–$200,000 USD annually, equity, and health, dental, vision, PTO, and flexible-work benefits.
