Description
Abundant is hiring a Member of Technical Staff to work directly with the Head of Engineering on building, scaling, and deploying simulation infrastructure for next-generation models. The role focuses on improving the core simulation engine, adding features, improving performance, and driving throughput and cost metrics while supporting 10B+ events and tens of thousands of monthly users. The position requires strong knowledge of evaluations, reinforcement learning, LLMs, and agents, research ability, coding proficiency with Codex or Claude Code, and a founder mentality. Compensation includes a base salary of €100,000–€140,000, a performance bonus, equity, and health, dental, vision, and flexible PTO benefits.
