Description
Latch is hiring a Member of Technical Staff - Proteomics to lead the development of artificial-intelligence agents for complex proteomic data analysis. The role designs end-to-end workflows from instrument outputs through quality control, bottom-up proteomics, post-translational modification analysis, metabolomics, lipidomics, normalization, batch correction, and multi-omic integration. The position leads software engineers and biologists and requires at least five years of proteomics data generation and analysis experience, experience with metabolomics or lipidomics, prior contribution to a novel proteomics method or pipeline, and coding and agent proficiency. It is a full-time, in-person role in San Francisco with a $250,000-$400,000+ base salary and additional variable compensation, equity, and stock options.
