Description
Latch is hiring a full-time, in-person Member of Technical Staff for Proteomics to lead the development of a proteomics benchmark for AI agents. The role will design technical approaches for analyzing complex proteomic data, map end-to-end workflows from instrument outputs to scientific decisions, and lead software engineers and biologists in building datasets covering raw data quality control, bottom-up proteomics, post-translational modification analysis, metabolomics, lipidomics, normalization, batch correction, multi-omic integration, and clinical interpretation.
