Simile is hiring a Member of Technical Staff in Research to train, evaluate, deploy, and monitor models of human behavior. The role owns the research lifecycle from data processing and experimental design through GPU-based model training and fine-tuning, scientific evaluation, and production deployment. Candidates need strong Python and machine-learning skills, GPU experiment experience, and the ability to reproduce and document advanced research; an academic background in a relevant field and experience with social science modeling or behavioral economics are preferred. The position offers a $200,000–$400,000 USD salary range, equity, and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
