Description
Abundant is hiring a Member of Technical Staff to architect and execute foundational research on model reasoning and intelligence, partner with leading AI research teams on alignment, safety, reward signals, and large-scale benchmarking, and own research projects from discovery through production. The role also involves data pipelines, internal tooling, high-performance deep learning implementations, and large-scale agent systems. Candidates should have strong research expertise, a record of shipping research to production, experience with advanced post-training and evaluation, and experience advising on AI safety and governance. The position offers a base salary of $10,000 per month and health, dental, vision, and flexible PTO benefits.
