Edison Scientific is hiring a Member of Technical Staff, full-stack and backend-focused Python engineer, to build and support its scientific discovery platform. The role owns backend services, APIs, databases, data pipelines, monitoring, observability, and automated testing, while also contributing to frontend features and collaborating with design, frontend, engineering, and research teams. It requires at least six years of software engineering experience, Python proficiency, API and database experience, cloud and container knowledge, and familiarity with frontend frameworks. The position offers a salary of $175,000 to $240,000 plus equity and full healthcare coverage.
