Description
Phylo is hiring a Member of Technical Staff - System Engineering to build and operate production systems for its agentic AI platform. The role focuses on distributed systems, cloud and enterprise infrastructure, sandboxed execution, secure compute environments, storage and data systems, and collaboration with ML and science teams. Candidates need at least three years of backend, infrastructure, or distributed systems experience, strong programming ability, production distributed-systems experience, containerization and Kubernetes expertise, infrastructure-as-code experience, cloud operations experience, and experience with large-scale storage or databases.
