Description
Latch is hiring a Member of Technical Staff to lead its Translational Medicine benchmark and define how AI performance is measured in translational medicine. The role involves creating benchmarks from drug programs and clinical-trial designs, testing frontier AI agents at scale, quality-checking outputs, making clinically defensible decisions, and building the clinical function and team. The position requires an MD with technical depth in computational biology or bioinformatics, clinical or translational decision-making experience, and familiarity with FDA regulatory documents. It is full-time and in-person in San Francisco, with visa sponsorship and 100% covered health, dental, and vision benefits.
