Description
Latch is hiring a Member of Technical Staff, Translational Medicine to lead the clinical side of its therapeutics and disease benchmarks. The role defines translational endpoints, evaluates whether AI model answers are clinically correct, converts drug programs and clinical-trial designs into scorable tasks, serves as the clinical authority for omics, therapeutics, and biosecurity teams, establishes data partnerships, negotiates data-use agreements, and builds the clinical function. The position is full-time and in-person in China Basin, San Francisco, with compensation of $250,000 to $400,000 and a Blue Shield Platinum health plan with 100% premium coverage.
