Description
The Member Relationship Representative I provides member service and consultative sales support at All One Credit Union, including teller transactions, account onboarding, deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, issue resolution, and referrals to product specialists. The role also supports branch operations and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one to three years of customer service and sales experience, at least six months of cash-handling experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a rotating Monday-through-Saturday schedule. It is a part-time position of 20 hours weekly with an expected hiring range of $19.46 to $24.33.
