The Member Relationship Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for new and existing members at a CUTX branch, uncovering financial needs and recommending membership, deposit, consumer loan, and ancillary products. The role handles account origination, loan processing, member service, compliance documentation, referrals, sales goals, and AI-augmented workflows while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance. It requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of related financial-services experience, and on-site branch work.
