Description
The Member Representative serves as a credit union member consultant, processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, checks, cards, statements, and other account services; assisting with online banking and safe-deposit-box access; explaining products and promotions; referring members to appropriate services; directing walk-in members; supporting school branches and community events; and providing branch staffing assistance. The role is full-time, requires Saturday work and travel throughout the branch network, and offers paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) with matching funds and CU contributions.
