Description
The Member Service Representative will serve as the credit union's face to members, assisting with account openings, transactions, loan applications, product information, Interactive Teller Machines, and personalized financial guidance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of financial, service, or sales experience or an associate's degree, strong communication and accuracy, and knowledge of credit union services. It is a varied schedule including multiple Saturdays per month, with pay of $18.00-$30.56 and benefits including a 401(k) employer match, HSA contribution, bonus, and paid community-service time off.
