Financial Plus Credit Union is hiring a Member Service Representative to provide member service, open and troubleshoot accounts, cross-sell financial products, obtain new memberships through outbound calling and networking, and act as a liaison between members and internal departments. The role also includes loan interviewing, rate and payment calculations, compliance with federal and state regulations, and meeting sales and operational goals. The position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalency, knowledge of credit union products, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
