Description
The West Suburban YMCA is hiring part-time Member Services Representatives at its Wells Ave location. The role provides in-person and phone service to members, guests, and program participants; conducts tours and sells memberships; resolves membership concerns; maintains the lobby and desk areas; and follows YMCA policies and emergency procedures. Shifts include weekday mornings, daytime, closings, and weekend periods, with 12–15 or 15–20 hours per week. Applicants must have previous customer service, sales, or related experience, basic computer knowledge, and CPR/AED and First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire.
