Frontier Credit Union is hiring a Member Service Representative in Challis, Idaho to support branch productivity and member satisfaction through teller, new account, and member service functions. The role involves opening and servicing deposit accounts, referring lending products, processing teller transactions, maintaining strong member relationships, supporting credit counseling and financial education, and complying with credit union policies, BSA, CTR/SAR reporting, and other regulations. Candidates should have at least 6 months of cash handling or financial experience, with prior teller or lending experience preferred, along with strong communication, analytical, sales, and computer skills; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
