Description
The Branch Banking Associate provides members and prospective members with credit union products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and credit/debit cards. The role performs moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision, assists with account openings and maintenance, resolves basic discrepancies, processes routine transactions, handles cash and negotiable instruments, and supports member relationships and team knowledge sharing. The position is available Monday through Saturday based on business needs and is based at 1811 Maplewood Commons Drive in Maplewood, Missouri, with possible transfers to neighboring branches.
