Description
The Member Service Representative I promotes credit union products and services, advises members on accounts, loans, investment opportunities, policies, and transactions, processes member inquiries and account changes, supports tellers and MSRs, and may assist with call-center, consumer-lending, card-services, and collections operations. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, two years of financial-institution experience, teller and MSR knowledge, Microsoft Word proficiency, and expert knowledge of the credit union’s core system. Compensation ranges from $23.07 to $27.00 per hour depending on the MSR level, with medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and a 401(k) profit-sharing plan with employer matching.
