Description
The Member Service Representative II promotes credit union products and services, advises members on accounts, loans, investment opportunities, and policies, processes member transactions, supports tellers and MSRs, and provides call-center and cross-functional support. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, two years of financial-institution experience, strong member-service and organizational skills, Microsoft Word knowledge, and expert knowledge of the credit union’s core system. Compensation ranges from $23.07 to $27.00 per hour depending on MSR level, with medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and a 401(k) profit-sharing plan with employer matching.
