The role handles inbound member calls about account services and banking products, assists with account inquiries and banking needs, resolves concerns, documents interactions, maintains compliance, and identifies additional products or services. It is a contract-to-hire, hybrid position based in North Richland Hills, Texas, with flexible post-training schedules and a pay rate of $22.25 per hour. Candidates need at least one year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and computer skills, and must reside within 60 miles of the Dallas hub.
