Description
The part-time Member Service Representative serves a territory covering Montandon, Mifflinburg, and Lewisburg branch locations, working 25 hours per week with Monday-through-Saturday availability. The role handles member financial transactions, cross-sells deposit, loan, and convenience services, researches account questions, resolves member concerns, maintains cash and vault controls, and performs other credit union duties. Applicants need one to three years of related customer service, cash handling, sales, banking, or financial services experience, a high school education or GED, strong interpersonal skills, computer and basic mathematical ability, and knowledge of credit union policies.
