Self-Help is hiring a Member Service Representative to provide credit union member service, process deposits, loan payments, payrolls, transfers, withdrawals, and account transactions, open membership accounts, research member inquiries, promote products, and support branch growth. The role also includes cash drawer balancing, deposit posting, regulatory compliance, fraud monitoring, and flexible evening and weekend work. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while bilingual English/Spanish ability and prior financial institution or customer service experience are preferred. Compensation starts at $23.00 with a benefits package.
