St. Mary's Credit Union is hiring a full-time Member Service Representative for its Metrowest Framingham branch. The role serves as the first point of contact for members, providing accurate service, resolving inquiries and errors, maintaining accounts, processing teller transactions, originating consumer loans, cross-selling financial products, and supporting branch performance goals. The position requires a high school diploma equivalent plus specialized coursework in retail services and one year of previous experience as a teller or in customer service; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required. The role does not include employer immigration sponsorship.
