Planet Fitness is hiring a Member Service Representative for its Houston Fitness Partners franchise. The role pays $10 per hour and involves greeting members, answering phones, resolving customer concerns, conducting prospective-member calls and tours, processing retail transactions, and cleaning and sanitizing the club. The position requires customer service, communication, problem-solving, basic computer skills, punctuality, and the ability to pass a background check and obtain CPR/AED certification.
