Description
Saltbox is hiring a Member Specialist to support its Elastic Workforce by handling fulfillment and logistics, including receiving and organizing inventory, picking and shipping orders, processing returns and kitting, and tracking shipments. The role also includes opening and closing the building, maintaining warehouse and shared spaces, monitoring delivery docks, supporting members on the floor, triaging service requests, and representing the Saltbox brand. The position requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, strong communication skills, and familiarity with tools such as Slack, Gmail, and MacBooks; prior logistics, fulfillment, or customer-facing experience is a plus. It is an hourly position with a base pay range of $17-$19 depending on location and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
