Description
Saltbox is hiring a Member Specialist to support its Elastic Workforce by handling fulfillment and logistics, including receiving and organizing inventory, picking and shipping orders, processing returns and kitting, and tracking shipments. The role also includes opening and closing the building, maintaining warehouse and shared spaces, monitoring delivery docks, supporting members on the floor, and escalating service requests. The position is physical, member-facing, and requires lifting up to 50 pounds, physical stamina, communication skills, and familiarity with tools such as Slack, Gmail, and MacBooks. It is an hourly position with a base pay range of $18–$19 depending on location, with Monday–Friday availability of 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. as the base schedule.
