Description
The Membership Concierge II serves as the first point of contact for members and guests entering a resort, handling account maintenance, service delivery, programming information, inbound and outbound member engagement, new membership sales, retention, and service recovery. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience, strong communication and service-recovery skills, and completion of a Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire. It is an hourly position paying $15.50 to $18.50, with benefits including a subsidized membership, discounts, retirement matching, training, paid leave, and for full-time members, medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
