Description
The Membership Concierge II serves as the first point of contact for members and guests entering a resort, handling account maintenance, service delivery, programming information, inbound and outbound member engagement, new membership sales, retention, and service recovery. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience, strong communication and service-recovery skills, and completion of a Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire. It is an hourly position paying $17.75 to $21.25, with benefits including a subsidized membership, discounts, retirement matching, training, paid leave, and medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage for full-time team members.
