Description
The Membership Concierge Leader leads the Membership Concierge Team at a Life Time club, delivering premium member and guest experiences, driving member engagement and retention, and coordinating with in-center departments. The role includes coaching and certifying team members, managing schedules and zone rotations, executing member acquisition and retention protocols, and supporting the General Manager. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of managerial, customer service, sales, and budget-goal experience, and CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
