Description
Chiefs Fit is hiring a full-time Membership Consultant to report to the Membership Manager and drive membership sales, ancillary-service sales, referrals, inquiries, appointments, and conversions. The role also supports member retention and satisfaction through personalized program advice, onboarding, customer service, issue resolution, lead development, CRM and paperwork management, and participation in club and company activities. The schedule varies by club needs and includes prime-time hours, some weekends and holidays, and the last two days of each month.
