The West Suburban YMCA is hiring a part-time Membership Coordinator for its Wells Ave location on a Sunday–Thursday schedule. The role serves as a member-facing ambassador, supporting recruitment and retention, membership enrollment, renewals, terminations, records, communications, welcome-center procedures, events, and fundraising. It requires a high school diploma, strong customer-service and relationship-building skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, project-management ability, and a commitment to the organization’s DEIB goals.
