The Membership Service Representative supports the YMCA of the Inland Northwest by processing membership enrollments and program registrations, greeting members and visitors, handling cash transactions, providing facility tours, maintaining member relationships, following safety and child-abuse-prevention policies, and participating in fundraising events. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, one to two years of public-facing and cash-handling experience, computer proficiency, and YMCA program-specific certifications upon hire. It pays $17.13 per hour and requires evenings and weekends.
