Captura is hiring a Membrane Development Technician to support quality control, membrane development, laboratory research, and pilot-scale activities for ion-exchange membranes. The role involves polymer synthesis, membrane casting, formulation, testing, characterization, QC evaluation, experimental documentation, process optimization, and safe laboratory operations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, prior laboratory experience, analytical and QC testing skills, and experience with hazardous chemicals and safety protocols. The position offers a base salary of $75,000–$95,000 plus medical, dental, vision, equity, retirement, and time-off benefits.
