Willow Ridge Rehabilitation & Living Center in Rutherfordton, NC is seeking a compassionate and energetic Memory Care Activities Coordinator. This full-time role involves planning and leading engaging activities for seniors living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other memory-related conditions. The coordinator will focus on cognitive stimulation, physical activity, creativity, socialization, and emotional well-being, adapting activities to suit individual resident needs. Responsibilities also include building trust, assisting residents during activities, maintaining records, communicating with the care team, and collaborating on special events.
