Description
The Memory Care Activities Coordinator assists the Director of Memory Care in developing, organizing, and coordinating high-quality activity programs for residents in the Connections Memory Care neighborhood. The program aims to meet the interests and physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident, in accordance with their assessment. This role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating activities, supervising activity assistants, contributing to care planning, and maintaining documentation, all while fostering a positive environment for residents and their families.
