Benchmark is hiring Memory Care Activity Assistants to organize and implement one-on-one, small-group, and large-group activities for residents, support residents’ psychological, intellectual, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs, assist the Activity Director, and communicate resident changes to the Harbor Care Director. The role requires a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience and knowledge of aging and disability issues, along with training in recreational activities and Alzheimer’s and related dementias.
