Allegro Parkland is hiring a full-time Memory Care Coordinator to lead its Ensemble Care neighborhood in Parkland, Florida. The role oversees daily operations, programming, and care; develops individualized care plans; leads and mentors the Memory Care team; coordinates with families and physicians; oversees medication administration; monitors resident well-being; and serves as the primary contact for residents and families. The position requires Med Tech and CPR/First Aid certification, 2–3 years of Memory Care or dementia care experience, and CDP certification is preferred.
