Description
The Memory Care Resident Care Coordinator supports a memory-care community by coordinating resident care, maintaining schedules and medication records, assisting residents with activities of daily living, monitoring physician orders, communicating concerns, coordinating with outside agencies, and orienting and training care staff. The role requires an LPN, CNA, or HCA license, previous assisted-living experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, weekend availability, and current First Aid and CPR certification.
