Benchmark is hiring a Memory Care Programming Coordinator to organize, implement, oversee, and evaluate community programs for residents with dementia. The role includes coordinating events and trips, developing a program calendar, building relationships with residents, families, and community organizations, and producing a monthly community newsletter. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in aging and dementia, training to develop programs for elders and persons with dementia, current CPR, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
