Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Memory Layout Engineer to contribute to the design, layout, and optimization of memory and logic circuits; perform parasitic modeling, design validation, reticle experiments, tape-out revisions, floor-planning, placement, routing, and verification; and support manufacturability and cross-group collaboration. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering and 1–2 years of experience with DDR5, LPDDR5, LPDDR6, HBM3, or another memory-related field.
