Description
Solidigm is seeking a summer hardware engineering intern to work directly with engineers and scientists on floating-gate memory technology for AI infrastructure. The intern will design analog, semi-custom, and mixed-signal circuits for the 3D NAND flash memory core, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and improve power, performance, area, and reliability through transistor-level analysis. The role involves architecture, design, and physical implementation of memory-cell arrays, sense amplifiers, decoders, and word-line/bit-line drivers, with assignments typically lasting six months.
