Description
Ambiq is hiring an experienced Memory Design Engineer to design, compile, characterize, and validate ultra-low-power embedded SRAM and Register File IPs for advanced SoCs. The role covers memory architecture, custom circuit design, compiler development, timing and power characterization, silicon correlation, yield improvement, low-voltage failure analysis, and production qualification, with collaboration across architecture, physical design, foundry, EDA, and silicon validation teams. Candidates need a degree in electrical engineering or a related field, strong SRAM and memory compiler expertise, experience with 12nm FINFET or lower technologies, and scripting skills in Python, Tcl, or Perl.
