Description
Silvaco is hiring a Memory Design Lead for a hybrid office role in France. The position leads the architecture, circuit design, physical implementation, verification, silicon validation, and technical roadmap of embedded memory compilers covering SRAM, ROM, register files, and dual-port RAM. It also manages a team of memory design engineers, leads presales and customer engagements, owns PPA analysis and benchmarking, and serves as the senior technical voice for strategic customers and foundry partners. The role requires extensive embedded memory design experience, production tapeouts, expertise across multiple process nodes, strong technical leadership, and customer-facing technical skills.
