Description
STMicroelectronics is hiring a MEMS Design Engineer for its MEMS R&D team in Chandler, Arizona. The role focuses on designing, modeling, optimizing, and validating mechanically driven MEMS devices, particularly inertial and pressure sensors, while considering process variation, residual stress, packaging effects, and manufacturability. The engineer will collaborate with process integration, test, packaging, and ASIC teams and use tools such as ANSYS, MATLAB/Simulink, and JMP. An MS or PhD in a relevant field and at least two years of MEMS, mechanical design, or device development experience are required.
