Description
The MEMS Designer will be an integral part of STMicroelectronics' MEMS design team, contributing to the full product development lifecycle of innovative MEMS accelerometers and gyroscopes. This role involves conducting feasibility studies, designing sensor layouts, performing simulations to predict sensor performance, and measuring sensor prototypes in a laboratory setting to validate simulation results. The ideal candidate will possess a background in mechanical, physical, or electronic engineering, with a strong foundation in physics, mechanics, and electronics, and a keen interest in sensors. Experience with FEM simulations and MATLAB is preferred, as is laboratory experience with sensor validation instruments.
