STMicroelectronics is hiring a Senior Digital Verification Engineer for its MEMS sGROUP in Toulouse, France. The role covers the full ASIC verification lifecycle, including testbench and component development, DSP models, digital control logic, simulation test cases, debugging, and industrialization. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience, knowledge of System Verilog and Universal Verification Methodology, familiarity with digital simulation tools, and basic Python, TCL, and version-control skills; formal verification and communication-protocol knowledge are advantageous.
